Plant Based Meal Planning

The hardest part of any new lifestyle, especially plant-based (or vegan), is sticking to it when you get busy. Meal planning is a simple tool that can be shaped to fit you and your family’s needs while sticking to a plant-based lifestyle.

In this course, you will learn not only how to plan your meals for a week but also take some time to work on your own meal plan with others to gain feedback and insight.

---> ASL interpreting can be accommodated with two weeks advanced notice
