Enjoying a Plant Based Autumn Harvest

Fall is here and with the crisp weather and apple picking it’s time to enjoy the bounty of the season. This is a cooking class where we will be making simple butternut squash and apple soup, lentil meatballs and a kale walnut pesto over orzo pasta. These simple recipes are warm, cozy and a delicious way to enjoy the season. After learning how to make these delicious plant-based recipes we will all enjoy a meal together. This class is utilizing nuts and gluten-containing ingredients.

This class will take place at Eat Me Ice Cream located inside The Hungerford Building at 1115 E Main St, Rochester, NY 14609. Please enter through Door 1.
