Warm weather means an abundance of fruit and vegetables. Which can be exciting but also overwhelming, especially if you’re trying to introduce more fruits and vegetables into your life. Picking the right produce not only means the flavor of the fruits and vegetables will taste its best but also contain the highest amount of nutrients possible.
In this class you will not only learn how to pick the best possible produce but also learn some ideas on how to utilize the parts of vegetables and fruits you may be throwing on your compost bin.
