In this class you will learn the foundations of a basic green smoothie, protein smoothie and classic fruits smoothie to properly fuel your body on busy days. After learning a bit about these great smoothies you’ll get try some as well! This class is wonderful for all ages and will utilize some soy containing ingredients.
