Sprouting can be a great way to access more protein and other nutrients from certain seeds and legumes. It’s also incredibly simple and easy to do at home without much equipment.

In this class you will learn the benefits of eating sprouted foods as well as get to start your own sprouts to harvest in just a few days time! This class is best suited for people ages 16 or older.
