Mealtimes can be busy, rushed affairs but taking some time to enjoy your food in a quiet space has been proven to aid in digestion and prevent overeating. Mindful eating is simply the act of staying present during your meals. In this class, you will learn more in depth what mindful eating is and how mindful eating can benefit your life emotionally, spiritually and physically. Everyone will also have the opportunity to participate in a mindful eating exercise towards the end of the class.
