Winter is the season for soups and stews! Warm up by learning how to make vegan Ribollita, which means re-boiled in Italian and was a way to use up leftovers in the Italian peasant kitchen, so anything can go into the soup pot. This stew is thickened with stale bread and is hearty enough to stick to your bones and keep you warm. This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to make this delicious stew as well as a winter salad before enjoying a meal together.
