Mindful Eating for Beginners

Keeping up with a busy life usually means our health gets pushed aside. This class is designed to help you get started with eating more mindfully and with intention. This class is best suited for people ages 16+ and facilitated by Ali Lawrence. Participants will leave with an infographic that will help them practice the tenets of mindful eating quickly and safely.
