Japanese cuisine, although utilizing ingredients like fish and eggs has a deep-rooted history of plant-based cooking in the Buddhist temples. In this class, you will learn a very simple Japanese inspired pickle recipe, as well as how to make miso soup and gyoza (Japanese dumplings). After preparing these simple foods we will enjoy a meal together. This class utilizes soy and gluten-containing ingredients.
